This is a long length of Laura Ashley Rubens fabric. It's seamed on both sides along the length and at one end, and about 110 inches In from one end (See last photo) But in as new condition, no marks so could be used for other projects.
It measures about 248" long and 25" wide, (625 cm x 65cm) or about 6.25 meters . A long length, enough for plenty of upholstery projects or ready seamed curtains for small windows.
This fabric is the version with the beige/ taupe background.
