Original vintage Mr. Wiggle's Turtle No. 210 novelty pull toy, manufactured by Wilkening Manufacturing Co., Consumer Products Division, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with original illustrated cardboard packaging bearing a 1957 copyright date.
This colorful mid-century mechanical toy features a bright yellow turtle shell and a green turtle with a red body that extends outward from the shell when operated by its pull cord.
The original box advertises:
"pull him . . . watch him pop out of his shell!"
It also describes the toy as having red "longies" and a bobbing head, with the slogan "MORE FUN THAN A REAL TURTLE!"

CONDITION
Vintage used condition with original box.
The turtle retains its bright yellow shell, green head and limbs, red body, visible spring mechanism, wheels, and pull cord.
The plastic surfaces show age-related scuffs, scratches, dirt, discoloration, and general handling wear. There are visible marks and areas of wear on the green and red plastic components.
The metal spring and axle components show age-related wear and some oxidation.
The original Well-Worth price sticker remains attached to the shell and shows substantial age-related discoloration and wear.
The original cardboard box displays noticeable shelf wear, softened and frayed corners, creases, edge wear, small tears, and separation or looseness along portions of the top flaps. The box is not in mint condition.
The pull-string mechanism, spring action, and bobbing-head operation have not been independently tested. The toy is being sold as an untested vintage collectible, and full mechanical operation is not guaranteed.
