Catch leaks before they turn into damage. This YoLink Water Leak Sensor 1 detects water and sends an alert to your phone through the YoLink app. It suits kitchens, bathrooms, utility rooms, under sinks, behind washing machines and dishwashers, near boilers and water heaters, and in basements or lofts.

The sensor has an IP68 rating, so it can cope with being submerged. It runs on 2 x AAA batteries (3V DC), and setup is quick: download the YoLink app, scan the code and follow the prompts. A QR code on the box links to the user guide.
