Not personally familiar with this model, but tip width is narrower than the shaft, may have been user-ground. Please do your own research. Interesting colour gradient to handle, almost clear into red. Seems to be a rare product number as I can not find others listed, and can't see it in my 60s era catalogues, suspect it may be later than that.
