The BG Smart 13A Double Socket is a cutting-edge smart home device by British General, offering Wi-Fi connectivity and Bluetooth smart home compatibility with platforms like IFTTT, Google Assistant, and Amazon Alexa. This innovative unit allows for easy control over your home's power usage and provides a convenient way to manage your devices remotely. The two sockets offer a 1:1 connection split, making it perfect for intelligent home automation and creating a more connected living space.

These sockets are customer returns, i have tested each socket individually and can confirm they all connect successfully to the apps (as can be seen in the images with the solid blue rings). I suspect the previous owners were not able to successfully connect, I have Talktalk broadband at home and these have all connected successfully.
Socket labelled 3 & 4 connect to the BG Smart app, Sockets 1, 2, 5 & 6 connect to the BG Home App.
(2 apps from the same manufacturer).

These need to connect to the 2.4ghz Wi-Fi band as it has a longer range with better wall penetration.
Generally home Wi-Fi is 5ghz, i did not need to change any router settings to get these to work.

*No red numbers are visible on the sockets, these were added to the image to differentiate the sockets as per drop down options.

I do not accept returns as these have been tested and confirmed to be working as intended, have since been disconnected/removed from my BG apps.

Listed as used but appear to be unused other than me testing these.
