- For orders received by 2PM Mon–Fri, we aim to ship the same day.
- Orders after 2PM Mon–Fri post the following working day.
- Orders after 2PM Friday or weekends ship Monday (excluding bank holidays).

Please be aware that the ESTIMATED delivery times displayed by eBay are based on best case scenario of 2–3 working days. However a more realistic timeframe for 2nd class is 3-5 days excluding dispatch day and weekends.
Please note this is an untracked service, so will NOT mark as "POSTED" on your order page. 2nd Class can often take longer, so please allow a minimum of 5 working days (excluding weekends) before messaging us, especially at Peak seasons where delays are more frequent.

Returns are accepted on all items we sell, however as a small business, unless the item is faulty then the customer is responsible for the return postage costs. (We loose money on all returns)
