How many channels does it have?
80 narrowband UHF CB channels. Channels 22 and 23 are for telemetry and telecommand only, so voice is not allowed there, and channels 61 to 63 are reserved for future use.

Will it work with older wideband radios?
Yes. Its AVS circuitry detects narrowband and wideband transmissions and adjusts the incoming audio so both sound at similar levels.
