This is a marvellous Vintage Japanese Tokiwa Electrical 725 Transistor Radio French Bulldog, which was made c1960. It is in very good condition, the best we’ve seen of these, with just a small amount of age-related wear.

The radio requires a 9v battery (MN1604 or PP3) which is not supplied. When tested with a battery the radio will turn on and you can turn the tuning control but suspect the frequency type is no longer used by radio stations as none could be picked up and was just a hissing sound.

This cute French Bulldog measures approximately 26cm high to the top of the head and looking for a new forever home.
