• Condition: This B-stock comes directly from the manufacturer and consists of returned devices that have been comprehensively tested by the manufacturer and prepared for a second life. All tests and quality controls are carried out exclusively by the manufacturer to ensure high standards of sound quality and mechanical reliability. Each device is cleaned, inspected and may show minor cosmetic marks that do not affect functionality.

Marantz produces high quality products. Should it happen that your Marantz product has a defect, please contact the retailer from whom you purchased the product. When purchasing a product from an authorized dealer, Marantz offers a 2-year manufacturer's warranty.

For selected Marantz Premium products purchased from an authorized Marantz dealer in Germany or Austria from September 1st, 2019, you have the option of extending the manufacturer's warranty to 5 years free of charge. Registration must be completed no later than 3 months after purchase here Extended Warranty Registration take place. The guarantee is only valid in conjunction with the original purchase receipt and a confirmation email, which you will receive shortly after your registration. The extended warranty cannot be transferred to third parties.

Your dealer is responsible for carrying out the warranty service and is therefore also your contact person. You do not have to pay any repair costs for your Marantz product during the warranty period. However, further claims beyond the repair costs are excluded. If the defect in the product is caused by improper use, external influences or unauthorized modifications (both to hardware and software), the repair costs are not covered by the guarantee. The guarantee period begins with the first sale of the product by the authorized dealer. The purchase receipt, which must be presented to the dealer, serves as proof. It is best to return your defective product to your retailer in the original packaging including the inner packaging.

B-stock

Denon grants certain used/returned products a second life as B-stock. We thoroughly test these products to ensure they still meet our strict quality standards for sonic performance and mechanical integrity. We offer the same guarantee on every B-stock product as we do on new products.

Every B-stock Marantz product:

• Comes with the same warranty as new products.
• Has undergone rigorous testing to ensure it meets strict quality standards for sonic performance and mechanical integrity.
• Will be refurbished with replacement parts for any defective modules identified during testing.
• Undergoes a thorough cleaning process and inspection.
• Comes with cables if applicable.
• May be supplied with remote control.
• Comes with new ear pads if applicable.
• May have minor cosmetic defects that do not affect the operation of the device.

Further guarantee conditions:

• The warranty period begins with purchase and only applies to the original purchaser.
• The guarantee only covers defects in material, construction or workmanship.
• Events that are not within the reasonable scope of the guarantor are not covered by the guarantee.
• A defect must be reported to the manufacturer within the warranty period or to Soundreference within a reasonable period of time after the defect is discovered.
• The claim is not extended by replacing components within the warranty period.
• The warranty is void if the product is opened, modified or repaired by unauthorized third parties or if the serial number is removed or made illegible.
• The guarantee does not cover typical wear parts or damage caused by natural or normal wear and tear.
• Transport damage and damage caused by improper use are excluded.
