This is a vintage Taikamylly (Magic Mill) fabric pattern designed by Sanna Annukka for the iconic Finnish design house Marimekko.   The design features bold, intricate geometric circular motifs inspired by the Sampo, a magical wealth-bringing talisman from Finland’s national epic poem, the Kalevala.  The Colorway has a vibrant red background adorned with large, detailed medallions in shades of forest green and olive.  This expressive mid-century style print would be great for wall panels, curtains, and custom upholstery.
