The 6.4L Power Stroke uses two turbochargers working together in a compound system:
High-Pressure Turbo: Smaller VGT turbocharger
Low-Pressure Turbo: Larger fixed-geometry turbocharger
This housing is specifically for the HIGH-PRESSURE VGT side.
It is NOT the turbine housing for the larger low-pressure turbocharger.
The stock high-pressure turbo uses approximately a 69.9–70 mm turbine inducer and 62.7 mm exducer turbine wheel, further distinguishing it from the larger LP turbo. Spoologic Parts and Accessories
The 6.4L Power Stroke uses a factory compound turbocharger arrangement designed to provide quick response and strong airflow throughout the engine's operating range.

This turbine housing is designed to replace the exhaust-side housing during rebuilding of that HP turbocharger.
Replacing only the damaged housing can be a cost-effective option when the remaining turbocharger components are still serviceable.

If the previous turbocharger suffered turbine-wheel-to-housing contact, carefully inspect the turbine wheel, shaft, bearings, CHRA, VGT components, and related housings before reuse.
