About the Classic Bass Series

Bartolini's Classic Bass soapbars deliver a rich, deep voice with outstanding articulation while preserving the warmth that has made Bartolini pickups a favorite among professional bass players.

Dig in and the BC4CBC responds with authority and growl. Lighten your touch and it becomes clear, sweet, and highly expressive. It also performs exceptionally well for slap and pop techniques while maintaining excellent note definition.

The Classic Bass Series has become a favorite among progressive, jazz, gospel, and metal bassists where articulation is critical.

Completely sealed against moisture, these pickups are sweat-proof and resist handling noise when touched during performance.

Easy Upgrade

If you're looking for a professional-quality passive pickup without replacing your electronics, the BC4CBC is an excellent choice.

The 4-conductor cable allows for a variety of custom wiring options, making it equally at home in stock or custom electronics installations.

Separate neck and bridge versions are available to provide proper output balance across your instrument.

More open top end than the Original Series

•
  Excellent articulation
