U58 or 59 Stamp on full Letter from 1864/65 from Post Office with pre printed delivery instructions has small piece missing but an Amazing Piece of Philatelic History also with letter written in 1867 to his wife in New Philadelphia,Ohio! I know this as Mr. Taylor is a Lawyer and Union Officer in the Civil War and I sold many Civil War letters from him and his wife to a History Writer who is transcribing all the letters into a book! The letter in 1867 is In amazing Condition and goes with the Valuable Envelope and Stamp! Would make nice additions to Stamp Collection as this Envelope with Stamp is very Rare!
