  • Can iPad charge via magnets while keyboard is charging?

    This Keyboard case for iPad does not support charging the iPad via its magnetic contact surface while in use. The included USB-C charging cable is designed for charging the keyboard only; the iPad must be charged separately.

  • Trackpad too small? Multi-touch gestures unresponsive?

    1. Adjust trackpad speed: Go to Settings > General > Trackpad & Mouse.

    2. Try turning off "Tap to Click" to reduce accidental touches.

    This trackpad is optimized for mobile use with a compact, portable size.

  • What tilt angles does the keyboard support?

    This Magic keyboard features a floating hinge design. Dual-axis gear for 130° max tilt—ideal angle for desk, lap or couch.

    Note: This keyboard case does not support 360° rotation or 180° flat folding.
