With its 28cm diameter and generous 4.5 litre capacity, the PLASMA Series Deep Frying Pan provides considerably more usable cooking space than a conventional shallow frying pan. Fry, sauté, simmer, prepare sauces or cook complete one-pan meals with fewer worries about overcrowding.
The PLASMA Series is manufactured from cast aluminium. Its substantial construction is designed for dependable everyday cooking while maintaining the responsive heating characteristics of aluminium cookware.
The smooth-release GREBLON® ceramic non-stick coating helps food release easily while making everyday cleanup simpler. The cooking surface is PTFE-free and PFOA-free and designed to provide scratch-resistant performance when used and cared for correctly.
