  • This one is in stock in our Korean warehouse right now, so it goes out on the schedule below.
  • We send it out from Korea within 3 business days of your payment clearing — weekends and Korean holidays not counted.
  • After that, most parcels take: US, Canada, Asia, Australia 5–20 business days · UK and Europe 10–30 · Brazil, South America, Africa and remote areas 20–50. Customs queues can add to that, and we cannot speed those up.
  • We upload a tracking number once the carrier gives us one. The first scan sometimes takes a day or two to appear — that is normal, it is not lost.
  • We can only ship to the address on your eBay order, so please double-check the name, address and phone before you pay. Buyers in Brazil, we need your CPF.

Import duty, VAT, GST and handling fees are set by your own government, not by us, and they are not part of the shipping price. Your carrier may ask for them before delivery unless eBay already collected them at checkout.

One thing to know: if a parcel is discarded or sent back because customs charges were left unpaid, we cannot ship it again, and the return cost may come out of the refund. Please keep an eye out for a customs message.

We cover it completely if we sent the wrong item, or if it arrived damaged or with a component missing — exchange or full refund, and you pay nothing. Message us through eBay as soon as you can — a photo or two (and a video, if you have one) helps us fix it fastest.
