The PLASMA Series is made using cast aluminium rather than forged aluminium. Its substantial construction is designed for dependable everyday cooking while retaining the responsive heating characteristics associated with aluminium cookware.
The smooth-release GREBLON® ceramic non-stick coating is designed to help food release easily and make everyday cleanup simpler. The cooking surface is PTFE-free and PFOA-free and designed to provide scratch-resistant everyday performance when used and cared for correctly.
