Vintage 1960s era midi/mini shift dress by Cay Artley. ILGWU Union made in USA. No size on tag, would likely fit a size Medium best. (Modeled on a 5'11" Medium/Large). Double breasted front buttoned panel. Wide collar. Above or at knee hem, depending on your height. Faux pockets with flaps. Great vintage condition!
