These 3D printed stopper clips are designed to be compatible with IKEA TROFAST wooden storage frames. They help prevent storage bins from being accidentally pulled too far out of the cabinet.

⭐ Special Center-Mount Design

One of the key features of this stopper design is the way the stoppers are secured when installed on the center divider of a TROFAST frame.

Instead of relying on only one mounting point, the center installation allows the two opposing stoppers to be secured using two screws — one installed from each side.

This creates a much stronger and cleaner installation, helping the stoppers stay securely in position during repeated use.

🔧 Installation Instructions

IMPORTANT: Before tightening any screw, make sure the back of the stopper is sitting completely flush against the wood.

Installing on the Outer Side of the Cabinet

  1. Position the stopper in the desired location.
  2. Make sure the back of the stopper is sitting flat and flush against the wood.
  3. Insert the supplied screw through the stopper and into the TROFAST frame.
  4. Tighten the screw until the stopper is securely held in place.

⚠️ Do Not Overtighten:
The screw only needs to be tight enough to securely hold the stopper. Overtightening may damage the TROFAST wooden frame.

Installing on the Center Divider

  1. Position the first stopper on one side of the center divider. Make sure it is flush against the wood.
  2. Start installing the first screw and continue until the tip of the screw becomes slightly visible through the opposite side of the wood.
  3. Position the second stopper on the opposite side, aligning it with the first stopper and the protruding screw.
  4. Continue tightening the first screw until both stoppers are properly positioned and secured.
  5. Install the second screw from the opposite side.
  6. Tighten both screws until secure, but do not overtighten.

Once completed, the center-mounted stoppers are secured using two screws from opposite sides, creating a stronger and cleaner installation.
