Disclaimers

Brand New Disclaimer
Buy with confidence — this product is guaranteed to be brand new and factory sealed. As new-old stock, the packaging may show minor shelf wear from storage or age, but the item itself has never been opened or used. All included digital codes are guaranteed to be unused and unredeemed.

Return Policy for New, Factory-Sealed Items
Products sold as brand new and factory sealed must be returned in the same unopened, unused condition in which they were received. If a return is initiated and the factory seal has been broken, the packaging has been opened, or the item has been used for any reason, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. This fee reflects the loss in value when a product changes from new, factory sealed to new, open-box condition. This restocking fee is non-negotiable.

Pricing
All Buy It Now listings are priced at or just under fair market value, with current condition factored in.  However, reasonable offers will be considered.

Video Games
If stated in the listing that a game disc or cartridge has been tested and verified working, all testing has been completed using authentic, unmodified consoles to ensure proper compatibility and functionality.  Any imperfections with the games will be noted in the description and shown in pictures.
