Function: Multi-camera and line scan imaging controller featuring high-speed processing capabilities for synchronized line-scan or mixed camera setups. 
Ecosystem: Part of the XG-8000 architecture, which utilizes powerful multi-core processing to handle high-resolution line scan inspection tasks directly on the device without requiring an external complex PC. 
2. Keyence CA-DC21E LED Illumination Controller
Compatibility: Built specifically for use with the XG, CV-5000, CV-X200, and CV-X100 vision series. 
Channels: 2 independent channels supporting LED connectors and terminal block setups. 
Control Methods: Supports constant voltage control (direct current light) and pulse width modulation (PWM at 100 kHz frequency). When operating with a line scan camera, the lighting configuration should be set to DC mode. 
Intensity & Power: Features 255 levels of digital intensity adjustment via program settings. Maximum capacity is 40W total (up to 30W per individual channel) with selectable 12 VDC or 24 VDC output via DIP switch. 
Input: Includes a forced light stop rating up to 26.4 V and min. 2 mA.
