8-28-1908 AUGUSTA   "FLOOD On The PEE-DEE"  CHERAW South Carolina RPPC Postcard 

I looked at CHERAW SOUTH CAROLINA WEBSITE about this flood which showed several real photo postcards...BUT THIS CARD IS NOT SHOWN THERE 

Photo Paper blank was made by AZO (4 triangles up) guide book dates as from 1904-1918

CONDITION:  was NOT mailed although original card owner. wrote out information on backside  , strong colors not faded, slight wear at corners, no bends, no creases ,not yellowed, not fragile
