We are not an authorized dealer, distributor, affiliate, or representative for any manufacturer, including Rockwell Automation / Allen-Bradley. Products sold are often surplus and may have older date codes or be an older series than those available from the factory or authorized distributors. Because we are not authorized, the original manufacturer's warranty does not apply. Any warranty is only what we state on the listing or invoice.
While some Allen-Bradley / Rockwell products may include pre-installed firmware, we do not guarantee its presence, revision level, or your ability or right to obtain or install firmware from Rockwell, its distributors, or any other source. We will not obtain or supply firmware on your behalf. The buyer is responsible for complying with all End-User License Agreements related to obtaining or installing firmware.
Any product warranty we provide covers normal use only and is void if the issue resulted from improper installation, incorrect use, alteration, or misuse.
