Once you use your monthly allowances, additional usage is charged at:

• 1¢ per text
• 3¢ per MB of data

Coverage and phone compatibility

Before purchasing, visit the Ultra Mobile website (ultramobile.com) to check coverage and your phone's compatibility. Service requires a compatible 4G VoLTE or 5G-capable device.

Activation

To activate your PayGo plan, insert the SIM card into your device and follow the instructions provided. You can keep your current phone number or get a new one. Activation is required within 45 days of purchase.

Service eligibility refund policy

As an authorized reseller of cell phone services, Ultra will provide a full refund within 10 days to any buyer that does not qualify for our service. This may occur if the buyer is located outside the area to which I am authorized to resell, or if the buyer is rejected for other reasons, such as not meeting our credit requirements.
