Installation & Compatibility:
Installation: Involves transferring the lock cylinder and internal spring mechanism from your original latches into these carbon fiber housings. Basic mechanical skill is recommended.
Fitment: Fits '14-'23 Harley-Davidson Touring models (Road Glide, Street Glide, etc., in ST, Special, Standard trims) equipped with standard OEM saddlebags.

Important Note:
Lock cylinders, springs, and pivot pins are NOT included. You will need to reuse these components from your original OEM latches to complete the installation.

For addresses in the USA, the shipping service will be USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. 

For Canada, your package will be delivered via Canada Post. 

For UK addresses the shipping service will be Royal Mail. 

For Australia addresses the service used will be Australia Post.

All other locations will be serviced via EMS Express.

Returns will be accepted within 14 days upon delivery. If for any reason you would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days.
 
Please note due to the custom-made nature of our products, a 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. The customer is also responsible for all shipping costs during the return process.
 
Order Cancellation
 
An order can only be canceled before it is shipped, if you would like to cancel your order, please do so within 48 hours after placing it and it will be free of charge.
 
Please note due to the custom-made nature of our products, any orders canceled after 48 hours and within 3 weeks will be charged a 10% cancellation fee, and all cancellations after 3 weeks will be charged a 20% cancellation fee.
 
Please Note:
1) Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or damages caused by the user.
2) The original item needs to be returned before a replacement can be shipped.
3) All returned items need to be unused and in their original packages.
4) Important: Please make sure to include the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that is provided to you for your returns on the outside of the package in a visible area.
5) Please do not ship back any products without our prior approval. Doing so may delay or jeopardize your return/exchange process.
6) Please allow up to 14 days for us to process the return and issue a refund once the return is delivered.
