Fragrance compositions from Riga always stood out from other perfumes produced in the USSR. They were richer and more intense, featuring a distinctive, piquant bitterness.

Dzintars souvenir sets were highly popular. One such offering was the "Sveicu" (Greetings) perfume set, which consisted of two bottles: "Neaizmirsti" (Do Not Forget) and "Menuets" (Minuet).

The Soviet perfume "Ne Zabyvay" (Forget-Me-Not) by Dzintars was created in the 1960s. It belongs to the chypre fragrance family.

Top notes: lily of the valley, lemon, orange blossom.

Heart notes: carnation, rose, violet, patchouli.

Base notes: musk, vetiver, sandalwood.

"Neaizmirsti" (Forget-Me-Not) vintage perfume by Dzintars is a very warm fragrance composition with a slight bitterness.

Dzintars' "Menuet" perfume was created back in the 1960s. Its delicate, subtle fragrance transports one to a beautiful world filled with the melodic strains of a lovely, old-fashioned dance.

After the collapse of the USSR, the Dzintars "Privet" souvenir set was discontinued.
