Shipping Info
We are currently expanding sales volume at a loss. UniUni is our default shipping carrier. For areas UniUni cannot deliver to, we will ship via US_USPS_GA. We appreciate your understanding.
If delivery fails due to unexpected logistics issues, the carrier will reship the package automatically. Running a store is tough, so please contact customer service for any problems.
Responses may be delayed on weekends. Due to the time difference between China and the US, we will reply within 24 hours on all business days
.
Return Policy
We cover return shipping fees and accept hassle-free returns for any reason. We recommend messaging customer service first to get the best solution before submitting a return request.
If you select any of the following return reasons, the system will automatically generate a pre-paid return label with no extra cost to you:
Doesn’t fit，Changed my mind，Found a better price，Just didn’t like it，Ordered by mistake
Please do not ship the item back right after opening a return case. Kindly allow us time to communicate and resolve the issue with you. Thank you for your understanding and support.
