Finish / Cosmetic Condition

The shell currently has a black painted finish.

The original outer covering underneath appears to have been a light color, possibly white or ivory, and at some point the drum was painted black.

The Tama badge had also been painted over. The paint was carefully cleaned from the badge, and the original Tama Swingstar – Made in Japan badge is now visible.

There are normal signs of age and use, including scratches, marks, finish wear and other cosmetic imperfections.

The shell itself is in very good condition for its age.

Both heads are usable and working.

Please review all photos carefully for the exact cosmetic condition, finish, hardware and configuration.

Sold exactly as shown in the photos.
