Obverse: Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin headdress.
Reverse: AΛEΞANΔPOY. Zeus seated left on low throne, holding long scepter in his left hand and eagle standing right with closed wings in his right; to left, cornucopiae.

Very nice exemplar of this scarce and very interesting coin, issued during the life of Alexander the Great (concretely ca. 325-323 BC). EF- condition, conserving full details in both sides and bold reliefs. Besides the coin looks better in hand than in picture.

Price 104. Amphipolis mint, ca. 325-323 BC. 17,2 g - 27 mm
