Original Vintage 1965 Moultray's Polynesian Tiki Restaurant Menu New York World's Fair

Moultray's Polynesian served in the Polynesian Village of the 1964–1965 New York World's Fair, built around two South Sea island longhouses — one housing the restaurant, the other a stage for Polynesian dance. It was part of a fair dining scene that grew from roughly 110 restaurants in the first season to nearly 200 in 1965. When the fair closed for good in October 1965, the restaurant and its village went with it.
