The wheels turn.  The front wheels also turn left and right.  The doors open.  I "think" the hood will open if you remove the plastic strap that surrounds the front part of the car.  Also, the car is attached with screws to a pedestal (see the pics).  So if you remove the vehicle from the pedestal it will roll.  The model car has been in its original box for years.  The box does show some signs of wear.  I did take the model out of the box in order to take pictures.
