4. RELIABILITY & ENVIRONMENTAL TESTS
· High Temp./Humidity Storage: 85°C, 85% RH for 96 hours.
· Thermal Shock: -55°C to +85°C, 10 cycles, 30 min each.
· Mechanical Shock: Half sine wave, 1000G, 3 times per axis.
· Vibration: 10Hz to 55Hz, 0.75mm amplitude, 2 hours per axis.
· Solderability: 245°C ± 5°C, 5 ± 0.5 sec immersion.
5. REFLOW SOLDERING PROFILE
· Peak Temperature: 260°C (Max 10 sec).
· Solder Melting Point: 220°C.
· Reflow Cycles: Max 3 times.
· Note: Ensure proper reflow ramp-up/down rates (max 3°C/sec) for optimal integrity.
