This is a Vintage Paper Hole Punch Tuck & Lock (#5542) It does not punch a round hole. It punches an oval hole and then tucks it into the same pieces of papers. It is a tuck & lock. No staples needed. It is very sturdy, made f stainless steel & weighs a little over 10 ounces. There are no loose, rusted or bent parts. Measures approximately 6.4 inches long & with a 2 inch wide base & is 3 ¾ inches tall and was made in Japan. It is in excellent condition. Please pix for a complete description.
