In the UK 'the Neptunes' were available as a set of 8 plastic toys that were made in 6 different colours by the Australian company 'Rosenhain and Lipmann'. The set comprised of Neptune, Octo Plucky, Tom Turtle, Sammy Sea Horse, Oliver Oyster, Freddie Fish, Gregory Gills, and Chris Crab.
This Advert measures 19.7cm x 25.8cm (approximately 7.7 inches x 10.2 inches).
It has been carefully removed from a magazine so there is an unrelated article printed on the reverse side.
