This is a beautiful set of two vintage Naruko-style Kokeshi dolls from Miyagi, Japan.
One doll is signed by Yukio, a craftsman known for traditional Naruko designs, featuring vibrant chrysanthemum (kiku) patterns and a classic shape.
The other is signed by Katsumi, with a unique carved plum blossom design and a more modern color style, combining deep tones with decorative stripes.
Both pieces are in good condition and represent the charm of traditional Japanese folk art.
