The hardcover book is clean and well presented, with only light signs of previous handling. Minor rubbing/wear is visible to the cover at the corners. The dust jacket has light edge and shelf wear consistent with age and use.
Pages and the maps inspected are clean and well preserved. Binding appears sound. No significant damage noted.
