All payments will be handled through eBay.

ADDITIONAL ORDERS: Additional orders or purchases will not be included if payment has already been completed and the checkout process has been finalized through the payment gateway.

HANDLING TIME: All purchases will be shipped within 2-3 business days after payment for your order has been completed.

BEFORE SHIPPING: Please verify that your mailing/shipping address is accurate, as we will dispatch the parcel to the address recorded in the eBay Sales Record. 🚫 Deliveries CANNOT be made to PO Box / APO / FPO / Parcel Box / HC Box address 🚫

DISPATCHING & TRACKING: Buyers are advised to always refer to the courier service's official website to access real-time tracking updates. The parcel is authorized to be left at the front door if nobody is at home; otherwise, the mailman will send it to the nearest postal hub waiting for collection.

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees apply to ALL international shipments.

BUYER RESPONSIBILITY: The buyer (consignee) is solely responsible for all import-related expenses.

FOR EU & US BUYERS: We declare all shipments as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning import taxes and customs duties are covered by us. Additionally, local sales tax or VAT is automatically calculated and collected by eBay at checkout.

Note for US: US Customs may occasionally request the consignee’s Personal Tax ID or SSN/EIN to clear a package. Delivery generally takes 5 to 6 working days, but random customs inspection may extend this. We cannot expedite their clearance process.

FOR ALL OTHER COUNTRIES: The buyer is fully responsible for paying any customs duties, VAT, GST, or handling fees directly to the shipping carrier upon import. The seller is not liable for these charges.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.

Items must be in their NEW & ORIGINAL condition and packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Seller will NOT issue a refund for parcels refused by the buyer.

REFUSAL/RTS: No refund will be issued for parcels refused by the buyer or uncollected parcels after being released and awaiting collection.

RETURN SHIPPING: This is a cross-border purchase; the seller does NOT provide a return label. Coordinate with us for a replacement or a partial refund, depending on the issue.
