It contains instruction to the Angler but also has space for a selection of Flies and Gut Casts for travelling light.

There are several pages of information and a series of parchment pockets and envelopes and felt pad to hold one’s odds and ends.

The elastic closing strap is well worn.

An unusual, item for the collector! I haven’t seen one before.

It carries some original casts.
