Pages very good, no folds or tears - all pages clean and clear of writing and marks. There is light tanning.

Binding very firm - no loose pages or splits. Slight spine lean but no creasing. The paper covers are in good, clean and complete condition, a little creased/rubbed on the corners. There are faint age spots on the endpapers and near a few page edges.
