  • One year manufacturer defect warranty on all wheels (Includes hub, rim & spokes)
  • Our wheels are fully adjusted and spokes are tightened during assembly. However, we still recommend buyer to double check and tighten the spokes before riding. This is to make wheels keep a balanced level of tension in their components.
  • Please note that we ship these wheels by FedEx with Direct Signature Required upon delivery with safety concern. No drop off. (PR, AK and HI will be shipped by USPS)
  • To insure you will get the right product, please let us know your bike's make model and year.

Maintenance Tips:

Q1: How should I clean the wheels rim after riding?

  • Please note that wheels can only be washed with "mild soap"
  • Do not wash rim with Natrium hydroxide based liquids (like Wheel Wash & Iron Removers ) these will spoil the Anodization immediately, then the color of rim will be faded.

Q2: How to protect the wheels spokes for a long-term use?

  • Spoke tension need to be checked after every race.
  • on non-racing use to be checked and adjusted at least every 10 hours of riding

Q3: How should I clean the wheels hub after race?

  •  Please note that our hubs are typically made from billet alloy and then anodized color. especially the rear hub can get very hot from heat disbursed from the rear brake.
  • When cleaning your bike after race, we prefer to recommend you guys use water only until everything cools down. The chemicals in cleaners will stain or streak the hubs when they are hot

Q4:  How should I maintain the wheels bearing in daily?

  • Keep bearings and surrounding area clean & Prevent corrosion
  • Careful handling & Use proper tools
  • Replacing wheel bearings at regular intervals (at least once a year)
