The covers show some general age-related handling and edge wear. There is age-related toning to the page edges and margins, together with occasional minor marks consistent with age and use.
A previous price/reference has been written lightly in pencil on the half-title page. An old History Bookshop label remains inside the rear cover, with some small age-related marks around this area.
The binding remains sound and the pages are generally clean and readable.
