[Albert Whitman & Company, 1924].  Hardcover no dust jacket.  Original blue cloth boards, with gold titles and color paste down.  Boards show wear, rubbing, bumping to edges and corners, cloth split on spine.  Illustrated end papers have light pencil pricing in front.  Wonderful illustrated title page. Interior pages have some random foxing, a few have light creasng, light soiling.  Outstanding beautiful illustrations by Violet Moore Higgins.
