Vtg Beaded or Studded Headband or Garter? I don't know what this is or what it is for - Could be a Sewn-together Lacy Ribbon Trim or some kind of Accent decoration or Choker or Bridal accent piece? Lacy Embroidered loops make a Strip of "fabric" with what look like white alternating metal studs of 2 different sizes all around the item. This is not stretchy. Is approximately 7 1/4" as is and Can possibly be opened up to make one straight strip of approx 14 1/2" in length. It looks like 1 stud is missing on one end row almost in the middle.
