Job lot of 15 antique ephemera, scraps, cards, greeting cards with birthday messages and illustrations of birds, flowers, rural scenes etc. We believe they possibly date to late Victorian and early 20th century, two have the date 1881 is written on the back. 

• Many of these would have previously been stuck in scrapbooks / albums.
• The dark green card 'Wishing you Many Happy Returns of the Day' has an embossed bird to the top corner (on thick card).
• Publisher's name on one card: S Hildesheimer & Co.
• Each scrap / card is on one piece of paper or piece of card except for 1 which is a folded greeting card.
• The folded greeting card has an embossed horseshoe (shiny gold coloured) and die cut edges.
• Several scraps / cards have embossed details.
• Measurements range from about 19.5 cm x 8 cm (largest) to 6 cm x 10 cm (smallest). 

Condition: overall in fair to good condition in our opinion for items of this type and age; some bumps and creases to edges and corners; some surface loss, noticeable around the edges; some marks, blemishes, grubbiness and age-toning / discolouration; some remnants of paper and old glue on the backs where items have been previously stuck down; some handwriting on the backs; some creases and slight waviness. Condition is subjective so please study the photographs carefully to make your own judgement.

The colours in the photographs will not be completely accurate due to variables in the photos or scans we use and individual computer settings. We charge a flat rate for postage and packaging regardless of the size or value of the order. Orders are sent by a Royal Mail tracked service.
