The pen is in excellent used cosmetic condition with just a few very light age related handling marks.  No dings or dents. Brushed steel finish with chrome clip and trim. This is the 1st edition full size version with the steel cap top ornament.  Perfect White dot on the clip.  All chrome trim is in perfect condition. Stamped "Sheaffer USA" around the cap band. Clip is a nice firm fit and properly aligned. The nib is a medium stainless steel in perfect condition. Uses cartridges or the press bar filler which is fitted and working when water tested. Dip tested and writes nicely (see photo of writing sample). No box.
