Product Description
Magnificent early 20th century French Empire style centerpiece bowl featuring a heavy cut crystal body and a solid sterling silver vermeil mount. The brilliant cut crystal bowl displays a fine diamond pattern with a starburst base and is in pristine condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. The vermeil mount is richly detailed with two neoclassical friezes held by five winged Victories. It is fully hallmarked with the French Minerva 1st Standard mark and the maker's mark of Charles Barrier, active in Paris from 1905 to 1923, along with the Christofle maker mark.
