Early 20th century Italian micro mosaic cross pendant, handcrafted in Rome and marked Roma near the base. The brass frame holds intricate hand-set glass tesserae forming traditional devotional imagery, including vibrant floral clusters, a central Sacred Heart, a chalice holding the host, a column, and a detailed religious medal at the center. Designed with an original top loop for suspension, this piece carries a wonderful sense of history and fine craftsmanship. It is in good overall antique condition with minor, expected losses to the tiny mosaic tiles consistent with age. Measuring 17 cm long excluding the hanging ring by 9.5 cm wide, it makes a striking collectible or wearable statement piece.
