These crystal and glass awards are from our premier range, These very stylish arrow awards are hand crafted from the finest quality 15mm thick jade tinted glass. Manufactured to a very high quality and great for any prestigious presentation or special event. 
Whether it's for a sporting presentation or business recognition award, these stunning awards will look fantastic sat on any table-top surface. 
Our awards can be personalised with text or text and logo. We require high resolution black and white logos. Logos can be submitted to us through eBays messaging system.

ENGRAVING INFORMATION

Engraving can be up to 6 Lines of 20 characters per line, including spaces, We can also engrave logos if required. Your logo must be Black and White, High Resolution and in JPEG format. Logo's can be sent to us through eBay message. We will not engraving copyright images, sorry.
Fonts can be seen in the images at the top of the item page. We can use two different fonts if required. We can also use most fonts found on a PC so if you have a different font in mind please let us know the name.
Please type the font name or number in with your engraving instructions.
We cannot see line layout so please use a # to indicate the start of a new line. If no layout or font name or number is given the engraver will do what is best.
Please send your requirements through eBay message or leave on the eBay note to seller. Please do not send us your requirements multiple times this will cause problems. Please double check your spelling before you submit it to us, once engraved mistakes cannot be corrected.

Engraved Products;
If in the unlikely event the product you purchased from us is found to be faulty or damaged please contact us to arrange a replacement item.

Please supply photos where possible to help speed this process up. This does not include spelling / typing errors unless the fault was ours.

Please note; we do not accept change of mind returns on personalised products because once personalised they cannot be re-sold therefore if there is a possibility that you may wish to return your purchases please do not personalise it.

Non Engraved Products;
If in the unlikely event you are not happy with the product you purchased from us we offer 30 day no quibble money back guarantee.

The item must be returned to us in its original retail packaging undamaged so it can be resold.

We aim to make delivery of orders within a week of purchase.

We do not charge for delivery and usually post using Royal Mail First Class and Royal Mail Tracked 48.

We also offer a quicker delivery service using Royal Mail Tracked 24. This can be selected at checkout.

Please note Royal Mail Tracked 24 is not a 'Guaranteed' next day delivery. Therefore we can give no guarantee that it will arrive within 24 hours.
