Excellent vintage condition. The spring-loaded wings function perfectly. Enamel is shiny and glossy with no chips. Rhinestones are intact and bright, and the clasp opens and closes securely.

Returns: Returns will only be accepted if the item has been misrepresented in the listing. The buyer must contact the seller for return authorization, and all items must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped. Please Note that shipping charges are not refundable, this includes the original shipping as well as the return shipping charges. Buyers returning merchandise will be responsible for the return shipping charges. The original shipping cost will be deducted from any refund issued when free shipping was offered.
