You are looking at a vintage 1919 Fairbanks-Vega Banjo.  It is an open-back tenor plectrum, 4 string with the iconic tu-pa-phone tone ring with the original serial number of 42301.  This number dates the banjo to its year of manufacturing.  This banjo has all of the original hardware with no cracks and the tailpiece is in tact.  It also comes with the original case that is showing its wear.
